User Agreement

This Agreement applies to all individuals and organizations that create an account or otherwise access and use PDFFillr (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you agree to the terms set out below in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.

As a User, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring all information provided at registration is accurate and kept up to date.
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials and not sharing them with any third party.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Immediately notifying the Company of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

You may use PDFFillr solely for lawful business or personal purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service on behalf of a third party without proper authorization;
• Share access credentials across multiple users unless covered by a team or enterprise subscription;
• Use the Service to process documents in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You have the lawful right to upload and process all documents submitted through the Service;
• Documents containing personal data of third parties are uploaded under your legal responsibility as Data Controller;
• You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before use or distribution.

If you access the Service programmatically via the PDFFillr API or SDK, you additionally agree to:

• Keep your API keys confidential and not embed them in publicly accessible code;
• Comply with published rate limits and usage guidelines;
• Not use the API for automated abuse, scraping, or data harvesting;
• Revoke and regenerate compromised API keys immediately and notify the Company.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to the Company regarding the Service may be used by the Company freely without compensation or attribution. AI-generated outputs produced through the Service belong to you as User Content, subject to the license granted in the Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of PDFFillr complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to: AML/KYC regulations, FINRA rules, SEC requirements, GDPR, CCPA, and any industry-specific compliance obligations.

You may not use the Service if you are located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, a country subject to US government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, or if you are on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

The Company may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
