These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of PDFFillr (the "Service"), operated by Engineersmind Corp (the "Company"), located in Jersey City, United States.

By creating an Account, accessing, or using the Service, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

PDFFillr is a browser-based AI solution that enables Users to upload, analyze, and process documents, including generating filled PDF forms and extracting information from user-provided content. The Service processes data solely in response to explicit User actions or authorized integrations.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at its discretion.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an Account and use the Service. The Service is not intended for use by minors.

To access certain features, you must create an Account and provide accurate and complete information. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities occurring under your Account.
• Notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach at Support@pdffillr.ai.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to any documents, files, or data uploaded or generated through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, store, and transmit User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. The Company does not claim ownership over User Content.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe intellectual property rights;
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content;
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Service infrastructure.

The Service may allow integration with the following third-party cloud storage providers:

• Google Drive
• Dropbox
• Microsoft OneDrive

Access to Connected Accounts is initiated and controlled exclusively by the User. The Company does not store third-party login credentials and is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

The Service uses automated AI systems, including large language models, to process documents and generate outputs. You acknowledge that:

• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of any output;
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before reliance;
• The Service does not use User Content to train AI models.

The processing of Personal Data is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with those documents. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the lawful right to upload and process any Personal Data through the Service.

PDFFillr offers subscription-based access to the Service. Details regarding pricing tiers, billing cycles, and feature availability are published on the PDFFillr website and may be updated from time to time.

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including software, design, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding User Content) — remain the exclusive property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written consent.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events outside the Company's reasonable control. See the Service Level Agreement for applicable uptime commitments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"; (b) the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied; (c) the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; and (d) the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; or your infringement of third-party rights.

You may terminate your Account at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, data handling will occur in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
