Feedback

The Feedback group closes the loop between your users and the AI fill pipeline. Record where each filled PDF was saved, let users report fill errors from your UI, and retrieve those reports for admin review and model improvement.

Record filled PDF save event

Logs where a filled PDF was stored after the fill pipeline completes. This is required before any user feedback can be correctly attributed to a fill job. Call this from your server as soon as the filled PDF reaches its final storage location.

Call this before exposing the filled PDF to your users

Without a recorded save event the platform cannot link user feedback to the correct fill output. Always call this endpoint first, then show the filled PDF to the user.

Get filled PDF version history

Returns all saved versions of a filled PDF for a specific session and PDF combination, ordered newest first. Use this to build a version history UI or let users compare and download previous fill attempts.

Submit user feedback

Records a user's report about an incorrectly filled field. Call this when a user clicks "Report an issue" in your application. Reports are visible in the admin analytics dashboard and feed directly into AI model improvement.

List feedback

Returns all feedback submitted under your account, ordered newest first. Filter by session_id or pdf_id to scope results to a specific fill job. Designed for admin views and data export.
